Slow shipping but otherwise a great experience and watch.
My first luxury watch experience turns to a nightmare. After 1 month I did not get the purchased watch. Late and shady responses from the customer service. At the end, they refunded my money. It was a 1 month saga without getting the watch. Do not recommend dealing with them for anyone.
